“ஆவின் நிறுவனத்தின் செயல்பாட்டுத் திறனை மேம்படுத்தி, பொதுமக்களுக்கு தரமான பால் தினந்தோறும் வழங்கிட அரசு பல்வேறு முயற்சிகளை எடுத்து வருகின்றது. அண்மையில், பால் உற்பத்தியாளர்களுக்கு லிட்டர் ஒன்றுக்கு 3 ரூபாய் ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால், 3.87 இலட்சம் பால் உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் பணடைந்து வருகின்றனர். திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, மதுரை, சேலம் உள்ளிட்ட ஆவின் தொழிற்சாலைகளில் அதிநவின தொழில்நுட்பங்களுடன் கூடிய தானியங்கி இயந்திரங்களைப் பொருத்திட 60 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பில் நவினமயமாக்கும் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். பால் தரத்தை உறுதி செய்திட 21 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பில் நவின கருவிகள் பால் உற்பத்தியாளர் சங்கங்களுக்கும் ஒன்றியங்களுக்கும் வழங்கப்படும். கைத்தறிமற்றும் துணிநூல்”
