“The strenuous efforts taken by this Government have borne fruit in the form of an in-principle approval to establish a National Investment and Manufacturing Zone (NIMZ) in Ramanathapuram District, in addition to the Ponneri Industrial Node as part of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor.”
“கோயம்புத்தூரில் உள்ள அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழக வளாகத்தில் 55 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் தமிழ்நாடு உயிரி தொழில் பூங்கா-।।। (TICEL) அமைக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டம் பொன்னேரி வட்டத்தில் 700 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில், கனரகத் தொழில் உதிரிப் பாகங்களை உற்பத்தி செய்வதற்கான உற்பத்தி மையத்தையும், பொன்னேரி வட்டத்தில் உள்ள வயலூரில் 264 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் பாலிமர் தொழிற் பூங்காவையும் அமைப்பதற்கு அனுமதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த அரசு எடுத்த அயராத முயற்சிகள் மூலமாக, சென்னை-பெங்களூரு தொழில் வழித்தடத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக பொன்னேரி தொழில் முனையம் அமைக்கவும், இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் தேசிய தொழில் முதலீடு மற்றும் உற்பத்தி மண்டலம் ஒன்றினை அமைத்திடவும் கொள்கை அளவிலான ஒப்புதல் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது. குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தரத் தொழில் துறை”

“The Ponneri Industrial Node of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) will be developed on an area of 21,966 acres in Thiruvallur district.”
“சென்னை-பெங்களூரு தொழில் வழித்தடத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டத்தில் 21966 ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவில் பொன்னேரி தொழில்முனைய மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். இத்திட்டத்திற்கான மாநில அரசின் ஆதரவு வழங்கும் ஒப்பந்தத்திற்கும், பங்குதாரர்களின் ஒப்பந்தத்திற்கும் ஒப்புதல் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது. கிழக்கு கடற்கரை பொருளாதாரப் பெருவழிச்சாலை திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் கட்டமாக, சென்னை-கன்னியாகுமரி தொழில் வழித்தடத் திட்டம், ஆசிய வளர்ச்சி வங்கியின் நிதியுதவியுடன் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். காட்டுப்பாக்கம் அருகே ஜி.எஸ்.டி. சாலையில் 300 ஏக்கர் நிலப்பரப்பில் ஃபின்டெக் சிட்டி அமைப்பதற்கான ஆரம்பக்கட்ட பணிகள் தொடங்கியுள்ளன. சென்னையில் புதிய விமான நிலையம் அமைப்பதற்கான முன்சாத்தியக்கூறு ஆய்வறிக்கை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டு, விமான நிலையத்திற்கான ஆயத்த வேலைகளும் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.”
