“So far, a total amount of ` 1,311 crores, with ` 1,080 crores as Central Government share and ` 231 crores as State Government share, has been disbursed to primary agricultural cooperative societies, enabling them to function effectively.”
“கூட்டுறவு அமைப்புகளைச் சீரமைக்க, பேராசிரியர் வைத்தியநாதன் தலைமையிலான குழுவின் பரிந்துரையை ஏற்று கூட்டுறவுக் கடன் அமைப்புகள் இந்த அரசினால் புனரமைக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இதுவரை மத்திய அரசிடமிருந்து ரூபாய் 1080 கோடியும் மாநில அரசின் பங்காக ரூபாய் 231 கோடியும் சேர்த்து, மொத்தம் ரூபாய் 1311 கோடி, தொடக்க வேளாண்மைக் கூட்டுறவுச் சங்கங்களுக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டு, அச்சங்கங்கள் சிறப்பான பணியை ஆற்றி வருகின்றன. மொத்தமுள்ள 4,522 தொடக்கக் கூட்டுறவுச் சங்கங்களில் 2005-2006 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 652 சங்கங்களே இலாபம் ஈட்டியதற்கு மாறாக, இந்தப் புனரமைப்பு நடவடிக்கைகளின் பயனாக 2009-2010 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 3,696 சங்கங்கள் இலாபம் ஈட்டியுள்ளன. மத்தியக் கூட்டுறவு வங்கிகளையும், மாநிலக் கூட்டுறவு வங்கியையும் புனரமைக்க தணிக்கைப் பணிகள் நடந்து வருகின்றன.”
