“இந்த அரசு எடுத்த பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகளால், தமிழ்நாட்டில் இரண்டாவது வெண்மைப் புரட்சியை ஏற்படுத்தும் கனவு நனவாகியுள்ளது. இதன் விளைவாக, மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள கூட்டுறவு அமைப்புகளின் பால் கொள்முதல் அளவு உயர்ந்துள்ளது. கடந்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளில், ஆவின் நிறுவனத்தின் மூலம் செயல்பட்டு வரும் பல்வேறு பால் பண்ணைகளின் பால் பதப்படுத்தும் கட்டமைப்புகள் 258.61 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் மேம்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. பெரம்பலூரில் 36.28 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் புதிய பால் பண்ணை அமைப்பதற்கான பணிகளும் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. 2014-2015 ஆம் ஆண்டில் நபார்டு மற்றும் தேசிய வேளாண் வளர்ச்சித் திட்டம் ஆகியவற்றின் கீழ் உள்ள நிதியைப் பயன்படுத்தி பல்வேறு பால் பண்ணைகளின் திறனை உயர்த்த 25 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. பால் உற்பத்தித் துறைக்காக இந்த வரவு-செலவுத் திட்டத்தில் 70.67 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. மீனளம்”
