“அடையாறு மற்றும் கூவம் நதிகளின் மறுசீரமைப்பிற்கு முறையே, 555.46 கோடி ரூபாய் மற்றும் 604.77 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் பணிகள் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. மேலும், பருத்திப்பட்டு ஏரியில் சுற்றுச்சூழல் மீட்டெடுப்புப் பணிகள் 28.16 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. பசுமை பருவநிலை நிதியத்தின் கீழ் ஒப்புதலை எதிர்நோக்கி, “பள்ளிக்கரணை சதுப்புநில மீட்டெடுப்பு திட்டத்தை” 165.68 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் செயல்படுத்த இந்த அரசு அனுமதித்துள்ளது. 2018-2019 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இத்திட்டத்திற்காக 20.30 கோடி ரூபாய் விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இத்தகைய சூழல் மேம்பாட்டுப் பணிகளுக்காகவும், இந்த வரவு-செலவுத் திட்ட மதிப்பீடுகளில் 300 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.”
