“மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள தெரிவு முகமைகளான தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம், மருத்துவப் பணியாளர் தேர்வு வாரியம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு சீருடைப் பணியாளர் தேர்வு வாரியம் ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில் வெவ்வேறு அரசுத் துறைகளிலுள்ள காலிப் பணியிடங்களுக்காக இதுவரை 57,016 அரசுப் பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இது தவிர, பல்வேறு அரசுத் துறைகள் மற்றும் உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகள் மூலமாக 21866 பேர் பணி நியமனம் டுசய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள். ஆக டஓுமாத்தம் இந்த அரசு பொறுப்பேற்ற 4 ஆண்டுகளில் 78,882 நபர்களுக்கு பணி நியமனம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், 40,000 பணியிடங்களை வரும் நிதி ஆண்டிலேயே நிரப்பும் பொருட்டு உரிய நடவடிக்கைகளை அரசு துரிதமாக மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.”
