This scheme continues an earlier one under a new name: Renewable energy SPV and windmill repowering policy (2023-24); Solar Energy Policy (2015-16); Renewable energy investment via TEDA-EESL MoU (2018-19). Budget speeches almost never announce a rename, so this link is inferred from the two schemes' descriptions and timing rather than stated in the documents.
