“கீழடி அகழாய்வுகளில் வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட சங்ககால செங்கல் கட்டுமானங்கள், உறைகிணறுகள், கதொழிற்கூடப் பகுதிகள் ஆகியவற்றை பொதுமக்களும், எதிர்காலத் தலைமுறையினரும் நேரடியாகக் கண்டு உணரும் வகையில், கீழடி அகழாய்வுத் தளத்தில் திறந்தவெளி தொல்லியல் அருங்காட்சியகம் (Open Air Museum) ஒன்று 17 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் அமைக்கப்படும். மேலும், நவின மரபணுவியல் கதொழில்நுட்பங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்மக்களின் மரபணுத் தொன்மை, இடப்பெயர்வு, வேளாண்மை, பண்பாட்டு நடைமுறைகள் மற்றும் உணவுப் பழக்கவழக்கங்களைக் கண்டறிய மதுரை காமராசர் பல்கலைக்கழக மரபியல் துறையின் கீழ் செயல்பட்டு வரும் தொல்மரபணுவியல் ஆய்வகம் மூலம் தொல்மரபியல் ஆய்வினை மேற்கொள்வதற்கு 3 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கப்படும்.”
