“நடப்பாண்டில், 574 கோயில்களில் திருப்பணிகள் முடிக்கப்பட்டு, குடமுழுக்குகள் நடத்தப்பட்டன. திருச்செந்தூர் கோயிலில் 305 கோடி ரூபாயிலும், பெறியபாளையம் பவானி அம்மன் கோயிலில் 166 கோடி ரூபாயிலும் இராமேஸ்வரம் இராமநாதசுவாமி கோயிலில் 146 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவிலும் பெருந்திட்டப் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. வரும் நிதியாண்டில், 400 கோயில்களில் திருப்பணிகள் முடிக்கப்பட்டு, குடமுழுக்கு நடத்தப்படும். வரும் ஆண்டில், பழனி, திருத்தணி, சமயபுரம் ஆகிய கோயில்களில் பெருந்திட்டப் பணிகள் 485 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். மக்கள் குறைதீர்ப்பு”
