“தமிழ்நாட்டின் மாநில குடும்பத் தரவு தளம் உருவாக்கப்படும் என மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் அறிவித்துள்ளார். அரசு சேவைகளை தங்குதடையின்றி வழங்கவும், அனைத்து அரசுத் துறைகளுக்கும் ஒரே மாதிரியான தரவுகள் கிடைப்பதையும், மாநில குடும்பத் தரவு தளம் உறுதி செய்யும். சரியான தகவல்களின் அடிப்படையில் கொள்கை முடிவுகளை எடுக்க உதவக்கூடிய இந்த இலட்சிய திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்துவதற்கு, 2020-21 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான வரவு-செலவுத் திட்ட மதிப்பீடுகளில் இத்திட்டத்திற்காக 47.50 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. கணினிம௰யமாக்கம் மற்றும் இணையவழி தரவு பெறுதலில் முக்கியமான அம்சம், தரவு தனியும் (Privacy) மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பும் ஆகும். 21.39 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டுச் செலவில் தமிழகத்திற்கான இணையப் பாதுகாப்புக் கட்டமைப்பினை நிறுவுவதற்கு இந்த அரசு ஒப்புதல் வழங்கியுள்ளது.”
