“தானியங்கி கருவூல மேலாண்மை முறை (Automated Treasury Management System) மூலமாக, அனைத்து வருவாய் இனங்களும், செலவினங்களும் கண்காணிக்கப்படும் வகையில், கருவூல முறையை நவீனமயமாக்கி ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி மேலாண்மை திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த இந்த அரசு உத்தேசித்துள்ளது. வருவாய், செலவினம், இவற்றுடன் வரவு-செலவுத் திட்டம் தயாரிப்பதையும் ஒருங்கிணைத்து அனைத்து நிலைகளிலும் கணினிமயமாக்கப்படுவதை இது உறுதி செய்யும். அரசின் அனைத்து வருவாய்களையும் செலுத்தக்கூடிய ஒரு பொது நுழைவாயிலாக செயல்படக் கூடிய கருவூல வலைத்தளம் (common payment gateway) ஒன்று அமைக்கப்படும். பல்வேறு துறைகளின் வருவாயையும், செலவினங்களையும் சிறந்த முறையில் கண்காணிக்க இது உதவும். வருவாய் நிருவாகம்”

“01-01-2021 முதல் ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி மற்றும் மனித வள மேலாண்மைத் திட்டம் மாநிலம் முழுவதும் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. நிதி மேலாண்மையினையும் மனித வள மேலாண்மையினையும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பதுடன், நிகழ்நேரத்தில் வரவு-செலவு திட்ட கட்டுப்பாடுகள், அரசின் வழிவகைகளின் நிலையை தொடர்ந்து கண்காணித்தல், அரசின் நிதிசார் நடவடிக்கைகளில் வெளிப்படைத் தன்மை மற்றும் செயல் திறன் மேம்படுத்துதல், மக்கள் அரசிற்கு செலுத்த வேண்டிய தொகையை இணையவாயிலாக எளிதில் செலுத்துதல் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு இத்திட்டம் வழிவகுக்கிறது. இத்திட்டத்தின் பங்குதாரர்களான 9 லட்சத்திற்கு மேற்பட்ட அரசு அலுவலர்கள், 7 லட்சம் ஒய்வூதியர்கள் மற்றும் முதியோர் ஒய்வூதியம், மகப்பேறு உதவி, கல்வி உதவித்தொகை உள்ளிட்ட நேரடி பணப் பயன் பெறும் 40 இலட்சம் பயனாளிகளிடையே வரவேற்பினைப் பெற்று வருகிறது.”
