“7 new Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) with hostel facilities will be established in districts with a high concentration of construction workers, namely Krishnagiri, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Madurai (Thiruparankundram), Trichy (Mannachanallur), Coimbatore (Perur) and Dharmapuri (Karimangalam).
