“அரசு நிர்வாகத்தை மக்களிடம் மேலும் நெருக்கமாகக் கொண்டு செல்வதற்கு, 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டில் மட்டும், முன்னெப்போதும் இல்லாத அளவில் 5 புதிய மாவட்டங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 2011 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 16 புதிய வருவாய்க் கோட்டங்களையும், 92 புதிய வருவாய் வட்டங்களையும் இந்த அரசு தோற்றுவித்துள்ளது. புதிய மாவட்டங்கள் சிறப்பான முறையில் செயல்படுவதற்கு, ஆண்டு ஒன்றிற்கு 59.73 கோடி ரூபாய் தொடர் செலவினத்தில் 835 புதிய பணியிடங்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்தப் புதிய மாவட்டங்களில், 550 கோடி ரூபாய் மொத்த மதிப்பீட்டில் பெருந்திட்ட வளாகங்களை அமைப்பதற்கான இடங்களைக் கண்டறிவதற்கான பணிகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.”
