“The Government will release a „Redevelopment Policy‟ this year to redevelop old and dilapidated residential tenements constructed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.”
“தமிழ்நாடு விட்டு வசதி வாரியத்தின் பழுதடைந்த, பழைய குடியிருப்புப் பகுதிகளின் மறுமேம்பாடு (re-development) மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். இதற்காக, அரசு ஒரு “மறுமேம்பாட்டுக் கொள்கையை” இந்த ஆண்டு வெளியிடும். இதுவரை அறுபது திட்டங்கள் இதற்காக அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டு, தொடக்கப் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன. இத்திட்டங்களில் அதிகபட்ச தளப்பப்பை அடைவதற்கு, தனியார் நிறுவனங்களுடன் இணைந்து இந்தத் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.”
