“In order to encourage entrepreneurs from SC and ST communities, 5% of all divisible procurement by Government and Governmental agencies shall be reserved for products manufactured by Tamil Nadu based SC and ST entrepreneurs.”
“ஆதிதிராவிடர் மற்றும் பழங்குடியின தொழில் முனைவோரால் தொடங்கப்படும் புத்தொழில் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு உதவிடும் வகையில் தமிழ்நாடு புத்தொழில் மற்றும் புத்தாக்க இயக்கத்திற்கு (TANSIM) 30 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதியாக வழங்கப்படும். அரசு மற்றும் அரசு நிறுவனங்களின் பகுக்கக்கூடிய கொள்முதல்களில், ஐந்து சதவிதம் தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சார்ந்த ஆதிதிராவிடர், பழங்குடியின தொழில் முனைவோர் உற்பத்தி செய்யும் பொருட்களுக்கென ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.”
