First announced in 2021-22 and not named in any budget since.
This scheme is carried on under another name: AMRUT 2.0 (2022-23–2024-25), from 2022-23. Budget speeches almost never announce a rename, so this link is inferred from the two schemes' descriptions and timing rather than stated in the documents.
