“குறுந்தொழில் குழுமங்களுக்கு ஆதரவளிக்கும் புதிய முயற்சியாக, மூலப் பொருள் வங்கி, விற்பனைக் கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் பொது உற்பத்திக் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை அமைப்பதற்காக ஒவ்வொரு குழுமத்திற்கும் 2.5 கோடி ரூபாய்க்கு மிகாத வகையில் 70 சதவீத மானிய உதவி வழங்கும் புதிய திட்டத்தை இந்த அரசு தொடங்கும். முதல் கட்டமாக, இத்தகைய 10 குறுந்தொழில் குழுமங்களை அமைத்திட 2014-2015 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கு 25 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. திறன் மேம்பாடு”
