“I am glad to announce that this Government will establish a new Government arts and science college at Rameswaram during 2019-2020, which will be named after Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.”
“சமுதாயத்தில் அனைத்துப் பிரிவினரும் குறைந்த செலவில், தரமான உயர்கல்வி பெறுவதை உறுதிசெய்வதற்கான முக்கியத்துவத்தை இந்த அரசு தொடர்ந்து அளித்து வருகிறது. மூன்று பல்வகை தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரிகளை 2018-2019 ஆம் கல்வி ஆண்டில் அரசு நிறுவியுள்ளதுடன், 29 சுயநிதி கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகளைத் தொடங்கவும் அனுமதி வழங்கியுள்ளது. 2019-2020 ஆம் ஆண்டில், இராமேஸ்வரத்தில் டாக்டர் ஏ.பி.ஜே. அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்களின் பெயரில் புதிய அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரி நிறுவப்படும் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.”
