“தொலைநோக்குத் திட்டம் 2023 ல் திட்டமிடப்பட்டவாறு, 1X 660 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட எண்ணூர் விரிவாக்கப்பட்ட அனல் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம், 2 56 660 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட எண்ணூர் சிறப்பு பொருளாதார மண்டல மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம், 156 800 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட வடசென்னை அனல் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டத்தின் மூன்றாவது நிலை ஆகியவற்றிற்கான கட்டமைப்புப் பணிகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் 2 xX 800 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட உப்பூர் அனல் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம் மற்றும் 5 x 800 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட கடலாடி அனல் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம், தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டத்தில் 2 X 660 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட உடன்குடி அனல் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம், 15௦660 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட எண்ணூர் மாற்று அனல் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம், 4: 125 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட குந்தா நீர் மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டம் மற்றும் 4 5: 500 மெகாவாட் திறன் கொண்ட சில்லஹல்லா நீர் மின் உற்பத்தி நிலையம் ஆகியவற்றை நிறுவுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் அயராத முயற்சிகளும், அவரின் கடும் உழைப்பும், எதிர்காலத்திலும் தமிழ்நாடு மின்மிகை மாநிலமாகத் தொடர்ந்து விளங்குவதை உறுதி செய்யும் என நான் நம்புகிறேன்.”
