“அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களை சாதனையாளர்களாக உருவாக்கிடும் பொருட்டு அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய பட்ட மேற்படிப்பு மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சிப் படிப்புகளை வெளிநாட்டிலுள்ள புகழ்பெற்ற பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் பயின்றிட உதவித்தொகை அளிக்கும் வகையில் 10 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதி வழங்கப்படும். தமிழ்நாட்டு மாணவர்களின் உயர்கல்விக் கனவை நனவாக்கும் வகையில், தேவையின் அடிப்படையில் 2025-26 ஆம் ஆண்டில் ஒரு இலட்சம் கல்லூரி மாணவர்களுக்கு 2,500 கோடி ரூபாய் அளவிற்கு பல்வேறு வங்கிகள் கல்விக் கடன் வழங்குவதை இந்த அரசு உறுதி செய்திடும். இளைஞர் நலன் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு”
