Renewable energy SPV and windmill repowering policy
1 budget named it 1 year span — ₹ crore allocated DMK government
First announced in 2023-24 and not named in any budget since.
This scheme is carried on under another name: Integrated Renewable Energy Policy (2025-26), from 2025-26. Budget speeches almost never announce a rename, so this link is inferred from the two schemes' descriptions and timing rather than stated in the documents.

What each budget said, year by year
2023-24
“To transform Tamil Nadu into a green power house with more than 50 per cent of power generation from renewable sources by the year 2030, the Government will create a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle. Further, a new policy on repowering windmills in the State will be evolved.”
