“ஆதிதிராவிடர் நலனுக்கான சிறப்புத் திட்டக் கூறுகளைச் செயற்படுத்துவதற்குப் போதிய நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுவதை இந்த அரசு உறுதி செய்யும். 2011-2012 ஆம் ஆண்டில் சிறப்புத் திட்டக் கூறுகளுக்காக 5,007 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது மாநிலத்தின் ஆண்டு திட்ட ஒதுக்கீட்டில் 21.27 விழுக்காடாகும். பல பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டங்களும் ஆதிதிராவிடர் குடியிருப்புப் பகுதிகளில் அடிப்படை வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கான திட்டங்களும் செயற்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. அதிக பலனளிக்கக் கூடிய வகையில் இத்தகைய அனைத்துத் திட்டங்களையும் இந்த அரசு நெறிமுறைப்படுத்தும்.”
