Chief Minister's Adi Dravidar and Tribal Socio-Economic Development Scheme (CM-ARISE)

1 budget named it 1 year span 75 ₹ crore allocated DMK government

First announced in 2025-26 and not named in any budget since.

This scheme continues an earlier one under a new name: TAHDCO share capital and central assistance (2011-12–2018-19). Budget speeches almost never announce a rename, so this link is inferred from the two schemes' descriptions and timing rather than stated in the documents.
