“Forty nine Fast Track Courts functioning in this State from 2001-2002, were converted into permanent courts by this Government.”
“உரிமையியல் நடுவர் பணியிடங்களில் 185 காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் உள்ளதால், சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் மூலமாக நடுவர்களை தேர்வு செய்து இப்பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பிட இவ்வரசு ஆணையிட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், 2001-2002 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் செயல்பட்டுவரும் 49 விரைவு நீதிமன்றங்களை நிரந்தர நீதிமன்றங்களாக இந்த அரசு மாற்றியுள்ளது. நிலுவையில் உள்ள வழக்குகளின் எண்ணிக்கையைக் குறைப்பதற்காக அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் மக்கள் நீதிமன்றங்களைத் (1௦16 Adalats) தொடங்க ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நீதி நிருவாகத் துறைக்கு, இந்த 2012-2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு வரவு-செலவுத் திட்டத்தில், 736.15 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதியொதுக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. வேளாண்மை மற்றும் கூட்டுறவு”
