“குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தரத் தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் பெறும் கடன்களுக்கு மூன்று சதவீத வட்டி மானியம் வழங்குவதுடன், அதிகபட்சமாக 30 இலட்சம் ரூபாய்க்கு மிகாமல் 25 சதவீதம் முதலீட்டு மானியத்தையும் இந்த அரசு தொடர்ந்து வழங்கும். தொழிற் கூட்டமைப்புகளின் மூலமாக உருவாக்கப்படும் தனியார் தொழிற் குழுமங்களை ஊக்குவித்து, உட்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்திட அரசு தொடர்ந்து நிதியுதவி அளிக்கும். 2016-2017 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கு, வட்டி மானியத்திற்காக 12 கோடி ரூபாயும், கட்டமைப்பிற்கான நிதியுதவியாக 60 கோடி ரூபாயும் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.”
