“ஆதிதிராவிடர் மற்றும் பழங்குடியின மாணவர்களின் உயர்கல்விச் சேர்க்கையை உயர்த்திடவும், அவர்களுக்கு நவின வசதிகளுடன் கூடிய தங்குமிட வசதிகளை வழங்கிடவும், மதுரை, கோயம்புத்தூர், திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, நீலகிழறி மற்றும் சென்னையில், ஐந்து நவின மாணவர் விடுதிகள் கட்டும் பணிகள் 150 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக, சென்னை, தஞ்சாவூர், தருமபுரி, நாமக்கல் மாவட்டங்களில் கல்லூரி மாணவியர் விடுதிகளும், மதுரையில் கல்லூழி மாணவர் விடுதியும், மொத்தம் 75 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பீட்டில் இந்த ஆண்டு கட்டப்படும். இந்த விடுதிகளில் தங்கிப் பயிலும் மாணவர்களின் பன்முகத் திறனை வளர்க்கும் விதமாக அவர்களுக்கென ஒருங்கிணைந்த திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் ஒன்று அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.”
