“ஓர் புதிய சாலைப் பாதுகாப்புக் கொள்கை: இந்த அரசால் வகுக்கப்படும். இந்தக் கொள்கையானது, நிறுவன அமைப்புகள், சாலை வடிவமைப்பு மற்றும் பொறியியல், போக்குவரத்து சட்ட அமலாக்கம், அவசரகால காய சிகிச்சை மற்றும் விழிப்புணர்வுக் கல்வி ஆகிய ஐந்து முக்கியத் தூண்களை மையமாகக் கொண்டு உருவாக்கப்படும். மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் விபத்து நிவாரண நிதித் திட்டத்திற்காக 2026-27 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான திருத்த வரவு-செலவுத் திட்ட மதிப்பீடுகளில் 200 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கப்படுகிறது. மேலும், 2026-27 ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் பல்வேறு சாலை பாதுகாப்பிற்கான பணிகளை மேற்கொள்வதற்காக சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பு நிதியின் கீழ் 130 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கப்படுகிறது.”
