“For the students studying in Government and Government aided schools in rural areas, this Government is implementing the Scheme of “Kalaignar Kannoli Kaappom Thittam”, “Palli Sirar Irudaiya Padukaappu Thittam” and Dental Care Scheme for the benefit of school students studying in classes 3 to 8.”
“இந்த அரசின் சிறப்புத் திட்டமான, உயிர்காக்கும் உயர் சிகிச்சைக்கான கலைஞர் காப்பீட்டுத் திட்டத்தில், இதுவரை 2 இலட்சத்து 70 ஆயிரத்து 265 பயனாளிகள் ரூபாய் 702 கோடி செலவில் சிகிச்சையைப் பெற்றுள்ளனர். கிராமப்புரங்களில் அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் பயிலும் மாணவர்கள் பயன்பெற, கலைஞர் கண்ணொளி காக்கும் திட்டம், பள்ளிச் சிறார் இருதய பாதுகாப்புத் திட்டம், 3 முதல் 8ஆம் வகுப்பு வரையிலுள்ள மாணவர்களுக்கு பற்கள் நலப் பாதுகாப்புத் திட்டம் போன்ற திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. குழந்தை இறப்பு விகிதத்தைக் குறைப்பதற்காகச் சென்னையில் உள்ள குழந்தைகள் நல மருத்துவமனையில் இயங்கிவரும் இருதய சிகிச்சைப் பிரிவை, நவீன வசதிகளுடன் கூடிய ஒரு சிறப்பு மையமாக (Centre of Excellence) ரூபாய் 25 கோடியில் தரம் உயர்த்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.”
