“நீதித் துறைக்கு போதிய கட்டமைப்பை அளித்திடும் நோக்கத்தோடு, 2011-2012 ஆம் ஆண்டு 21.66 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பிலான பல்வேறு பணிகளுக்கு இந்த அரசு ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. அனைத்து நீதி நிருவாக மாவட்டங்களிலும், ஒரு கோடி ரூபாய் வீதம் மாற்று சொற்பூசல் தீர்வு மையங்களை (Alternate Dispute Resolution Centre) அமைத்திட, பதிமூன்றாவது நிதிக் குழு 30 கோடி ரூபாய் நிதியுதவி அளித்துள்ளது. இந்த அரசு பதவியேற்ற உடனேயே, சென்னையில் இத்தகைய மாற்றுத் தீர்வு மையத்தினை அமைப்பதற்காக 4.2 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. எஞ்சியுள்ள 29 நீதி நிருவாக மாவட்டங்களிலும், இத்தகைய மையங்களை நிறுவுவதற்காக மேலும் 29 கோடி ரூபாய் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.”
